By using aipetportrait.io ("the service") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

The service turns photos you upload into AI-generated portraits in different art styles. Results are created by AI and can vary.

2. Your photos

• Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or any illegal, hateful or explicit content.
• You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create your portraits.

3. Credits and payment

• Paid plans are one-time purchases of credits. One credit creates one portrait. Credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars.
• If a portrait fails to generate, the credit is returned to your account.

4. Using your portraits

• Free and Starter: personal, non-commercial use — for example prints for your home, gifts and social media.
• Pro: commercial use is allowed, such as products you sell or marketing for your business.
• You may not use portraits to imitate a trademarked character or brand.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, for example by automating requests, reselling access or trying to get around usage limits.

6. Refunds

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI results may not perfectly match your pet. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
