No. Any clear photo where the pet’s face is visible works, including one from social media.

Can I make portraits for several people?

Yes. The Starter pack includes 20 portraits and Pro includes 80, so one purchase covers many gifts. Credits never expire.

Do you ship printed portraits?

No, we provide a high-resolution digital file (1920×2400). You can print it at home, at a photo kiosk or with any online print service.

What if the portrait does not look right?

Generate another one, or try a different photo or style. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days.
