Refund Policy

We want you to love your portraits. If something isn't right, here is how refunds work.

Unused credits — refundable within 14 days

If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days. If you have used some credits, we refund the unused share of the purchase price.

Failed portraits

If a portrait fails to generate, the credit is automatically returned to your account — no request needed.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@aipetportrait.io from the address you used to pay. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe (usually 5–10 days to appear).
