Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 11, 2026

This policy explains what aipetportrait.io ("we", "us") collects when you use our AI pet portrait generator, and what we do with it. The short version:

  • Your uploaded photos are deleted within 24 hours.
  • Finished portraits are kept for 30 days so you can download them, then deleted automatically.
  • We never use your photos or portraits to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.

What we collect

  • Photos you upload — used only to create your portraits.
  • Your email address — when you buy credits, so you can sign in and receive your receipt.
  • Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic usage data — pages visited, device type and approximate country, through Google Analytics, plus your IP address for fraud and abuse prevention.

How long we keep it

  • Uploaded photos: deleted within 24 hours of upload.
  • Generated portraits: deleted 30 days after they are created.
  • Account email and purchase records: kept while your account is active and as required for tax and accounting.

You can ask us to delete your account and all related data at any time by emailing hello@aipetportrait.io.
