Two ways to go regal
Royal Portrait dresses your pet in ermine, velvet and lace, painted like a court portrait. Renaissance keeps things moodier: dark background, dramatic old-master light, the look of a painting in a museum. Oil Painting is a softer classic if you want something elegant without the costume.
Why royal portraits make the best gifts
They are funny and beautiful at the same time, which is exactly what makes people laugh when they unwrap one. Printed at 8×10 and put in a gold frame, a royal pet portrait looks like it came from a gallery, at a fraction of the price of a hand-painted commission.

How is this different from a hand-painted royal pet portrait?
Hand-painted commissions often cost $100 or more and can take weeks. Ours takes under a minute and costs $5.99 for 20 portraits, so you can try several looks. If you want a physical painting, you can print the 2K file on canvas.
Will my pet still look like my pet in a costume?
Yes. We keep your pet's face, markings and eye color and only add the royal setting and clothing.
Can I choose a crown or specific outfit?
Not yet. Each portrait is a unique variation of the royal style. Generate a few and keep your favorite.
What size should I print it?
The 2K file (1920×2400) prints sharply at 8×10 inches. That 4:5 shape fits standard 8×10 and 16×20 frames.
